Refund policy

All Sales Are Final
Because each piece is either hand-painted, made-to-order, or released in limited runs, all sales are final. I cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong order, please contact me within 7 days of delivery.

  • Send photos of the item and packaging to Lavan@LavanWright.com.

  • I’ll work with you to either replace the item (if possible) or issue a refund.

Lost Packages

  • All shipments include tracking. If your package is lost in transit, reach out to me and I’ll contact the carrier to investigate.

  • In some cases, I may be able to replace or refund your order depending on availability.

Digital Goods

  • Digital downloads (wallpapers, etc.) are non-refundable once delivered.

Tattoo Bookings

  • All deposits are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, contact me at least 48 hours before your appointment to transfer your deposit to a new date.
