Refund policy
All Sales Are Final
Because each piece is either hand-painted, made-to-order, or released in limited runs, all sales are final. I cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong order, please contact me within 7 days of delivery.

Send photos of the item and packaging to Lavan@LavanWright.com.

I’ll work with you to either replace the item (if possible) or issue a refund.
Lost Packages

All shipments include tracking. If your package is lost in transit, reach out to me and I’ll contact the carrier to investigate.

In some cases, I may be able to replace or refund your order depending on availability.
Digital Goods

Digital downloads (wallpapers, etc.) are non-refundable once delivered.
Tattoo Bookings

All deposits are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, contact me at least 48 hours before your appointment to transfer your deposit to a new date.
